#1: Your Office

#2: Consent to Treatment Form

#3: Symptom Form

#4: Supplement Recommendation Example

#5: The 10 Hardest Things About Running a Business

Dissertation: A dissertation is required for the Holistic Health Professional and Doctor of Traditonal Naturopathy Programs.

Students must complete 4 assessments/case studies of friends or family. Each client should fill out the consent to treatment and symptom form before you begin (just as you would in your office). After evaluating their symptom form and making notes of additional questions you needed to ask for a fuller/larger picture of the client, you need to determine what should be done. Create a diet, supplement, herb, and/or homeopathic plan and fill out the recommendation form. Write out what you did and why and send all forms and notes to Sharlene Peterson (edu@genesisschoolofnaturalhealth.org).

ENJOY THE JOURNEY!
