Statement of Agreement
I understand that the programs offered are by a nontraditional school. I will use any designation I receive in accordance with applicable laws in the state in which I reside. I understand that this program does not qualify me to practice medicine or any other practice reserved currently by state law for licensed professions.
I agree to abide by the school’s course handbook and policies. I certify that I have read the course catalog handbook and understand all policies. I understand that the $250 application fee is included in my downpayment and it is non-refundable.
I certify and understand that I have given Genesis School of Natural Health authorization to process my credit card for the payment plan I have enrolled in understanding that payments will continue to be processed each month until the tuition is paid in full unless I formally withdraw from my program within the first 30 days.
I understand that if my credit card is declined during scheduled payments Genesis School of Natural Health may charge $25.00 each time it declines.

INSTALLMENT PLANS: By selecting your program with the installment plan option you are authorizing us to process your credit card according to the payment schedule. All installment plans require a credit card. You may pay more than the monthly payment amount will be adjusted accordingly. All plans include a $250 non-refundable application fee which is included in your tuition.
